Order by message
Write to us in Telegram or Viber in English — the operator will help you pick water and equipment right in the chat. You can also order via the website checkout or call (in Ukrainian).
We confirm the order
We get back to you to confirm the order and agree on a convenient delivery day and time window.
Delivery in your time window
The courier arrives in the agreed window, calls ahead, carries the water in and, if needed, sets the bottle on your cooler or pump. Prefer contactless? We can leave the bottles at your door when the deposit is paid or your empties are left out — just tick the option at checkout.
Empty bottles exchanged
On every following delivery simply hand over the empties — we take them for sanitation and bring full bottles in return.

Cash on delivery
The classic way: pay the courier when your water arrives. Couriers always carry change.
Card online (LiqPay)
Pay by Visa or Mastercard on the website through LiqPay, PrivatBank's secure payment service.
Bank transfer
For businesses and organizations: we work by invoice and provide a full set of accounting documents.
How the bottle deposit works
Our 18.9 L bottles are reusable — good for the environment and for your budget. Here is how it works:
- With your first order you pay a one-time refundable deposit of 350 UAH per bottle — it covers the returnable bottle itself, it is not a fee.
- From then on you only pay for water: on every delivery empty bottles are simply exchanged for full ones.
- Switching from another supplier? We accept other companies' bottles in exchange — no need to pay two deposits.
- Decide to stop the service? Return the bottles and we refund the deposit in full.
Welcome gift: place your first order of 3 or more bottles with the deposit and we add a manual pump for free.
